Pretty close to OEM GM

I have a non-dimmable heated passenger side mirror with base plate and LED turn signals (2004 GMC Yukon Denali). Installation went pretty smoothly (I watched their video first) but the old mirror broke when I pulled it out. No matter how careful I was with the nylon tools, they would bend too much and snap. The new mirror is almost identical to the OEM. The differences are that the spiral wire hangs in the housing while the factory wire is held in place by built-in clamps. The other part is that the heater wire pins on the mirror are too thin and the factory wire connectors are too loose and I had to gently squeeze them to get a tight fit. Finally, the only difference in appearance is that the plastic bezel is slightly thinner than the factory unit, almost imperceptible and beyond much searching for differences, can't tell for sure. Before the final installation, I checked that the heating function and the turn signal functions work. When you press a new mirror onto the inside of the body mount clip, it's hard to check that it's properly snapped in, but it feels solid. I guess if I did it often I would know for sure. The price was very good so worth the effort. Looks good.
