Good value. Good company.
My original purchase was defective in the sprayer. Contacted the company directly and was immediately sent a new item. These folks are very responsive. Replacement worked perfectly. (Only had to replace the sprayer, not disassemble the entire unit.)Con: the installation of the hot/cold lines are inset into the faucet making it difficult in tight spaces. Also no hot/cold identification makes for difficulty in this specific orientation.Once installed, works as expected. Overall a good value for the money.
