As a professional in the field of do-it-yourself projects, I found the materials sold by ZaH to be wanting. While they may be trendy and interesting discussion pieces, I found them to be largely useless. Their fashionable house accents, for instance, looked nice but weren't very functional. Neither the decorative hooks nor the shelves were strong enough to support even light objects. They also had a dismal clothes line. Although the items were fashionable, the low quality of the fabric meant that they quickly became worn out. Inconsistent sizing made it challenging to buy the proper size without putting things on. The service was also insufficient in my opinion. I was disappointed by the lack of assistance I received when I called their support team about a faulty product. In sum, ZaH online store may appeal to individuals in need of fashionable products to flaunt, but those in search of utilitarian items for everyday usage may be left unsatisfied.
