When I first booted up the computer I was shocked to find that the keyboard that came with it had 4 keys that didn't work on it. Ok random error, I'll ask them to replace it as it's an obvious hardware issue. I suspect they don't test the peripherals that come with them, even though they included this checklist in the PC box showing all the quality checks they do on the PC before it ships. So be it, no big deal. But then I start the computer. Works great great! It begins. Then the problems begin. I start updating Windows and installing drivers. No problem. Then restart your PC. Does it go into bios and say no hard drive installed? Restart your computer, there are NO hard drives to boot from. Okay, turn off your computer and see what I can do. Restart your computer and everything is fine, it boots fine. Okay, they put the boot on an ADATA Swordfish 1TB SSD. Maybe it's just a coincidence. So I run Windows Update again and restart my computer, everything works fine. Updates complete. Okay, let's install some games and see how it works. Installing Steam blocks the computer. I reboot but there are no drives in the BIOS. Turn off your computer and wait, restart it and it will work again. OK. Excellent. Now let's install some Steam games. The PC freezes on loading for an hour (20 minutes before restarting). Restart your computer, there are NO drives AGAIN. I say NO to hard drives because not ONLY the Swordfish SSD is the boot drive, the WL4000GSA6472E is the second 4TB hard drive. Okay, turn off the power, wait and reboot and Windows will boot and straight into the BSOD. I am waiting for a call back from CUK because they won't let you hang up as they are helping other customers so leave a message and they call you back? I prefer to wait Hope they fix this. I received the pc 5 days earlier than expected but I would rather have a working pc. How did they run all these tests and it freezes and crashes for me within 10 minutes of turning it on?
