Review on K794 Evolution Drilled Slotted Ceramic by Allen Tchida

Threaded hole missing for easier later disassembly

Original Equipment rotors are designed with a threaded hole in the hub section to facilitate loosening a part stuck to the hub. You don't have that hole. On the plus side, I've used them with the ceramic composite pads that came with my Miata and taken them to the local circuit without a hint of brake fade. During my last 20 minute session at the track I was running low on gas and arrived 1 lap early for fear of running out of gas on the track. Unfortunately I forgot the steep circle. When I parked it in the paddock and got out of the car, smoke was billowing out from under the front wheels. I came back and did a few slow laps in the paddock to cool off. After that I drove home without any problems. Those perforated/slotted rotors really seem to help cool things down quickly.
