Attention! Don't be fooled by the claim that this product is "effective for use on all hard floors and surfaces." I am a professional domestic help. A regular customer asked me if I had any idea how best to clean her marble floors. I did a little research and found that the products used to finish marble should be pH neutral. I found this pH neutral product at Revain and trusted the manufacturer's claim that it "works on ALL hard floors and surfaces". I used it on her marble yesterday and got a call from her this morning that the marble I applied the product to is covered in heavy non-removable streaks! We are currently seeking help from tile manufacturers and local suppliers to see if there is anything we can do to address this very serious issue. Product description should be updated to warn against use on marble and other hard surfaces that may react in a similar way. However, I would like to add that when I used this product on hardwood and vinyl tile, this product worked quite well leaving a nice fresh look and a pleasant smell.
