Something of value coming from Intel, to be sure. After the 7700K failed, I had already considered switching to AMD, but unfortunately, the cooler is not compatible with the current configuration, I needed to wait for a special mount that Cryorig sends for free, and the RAM was not on the AMD compatibility list, so I waited for this one and took it (almost for 26K, which is great given the prices of speculators, which were between 35 and 40K at the time of purchase). Up to 4.7 GHz can be accelerated with the flip of a single button in the BIOS. The temperature of the cores under stress is up to 90 degrees (typically 80-85, one core rose to 93 for a short period), respectively, did not troll, in idle mode at 30-35 degrees (Cryorig Ultimate 5 cooling). Aida's stress tests pass with a bang. Even though I haven't tested it with any games or renderers just yet, I believe that it won't be slower than the 7700K and that it will be on par with the Ryzen 1800X in terms of performance. It will be worth your time to wait until the prices stabilize.
