Review on Stylish and Compact: Pistil Women's Hands Off Mini-Crossbody a Must-Have Accessory! by Kelly Colon

Too expensive for quality

Pistil's shoulder bag is smaller, about the size of a paperback book, but its slim design doesn't mean it's lacking in pockets. Because of course there are quite a few pockets, but don't count on them holding a lot. The bag is split in two and sewn together, but the fold between the two sides has a very small opening that I can slip my phone into for quick access, but it's not exactly a functional holder for anything else. The zipper is rough, not smooth, and for a slightly expensive bag, I expect at least a smooth zipper. A good zipper is just one of the basic requirements for a good, durable bag, but this zipper often tears and feels stiff. The bag looks sturdier with chunky zippers and faux leather-like material, but a bit more structured. The soft feel will develop over time with use, but six months later I've put that back in the closet, except when I need a black little bag for everyday use.

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Out of style
