I spend a lot of time on my laptop and now on my tablets. My hands were starting to really hurt and sometimes the pain was so bad that I was waking up in the night or my fingers were stiff, so over a year ago I decided to try compression gloves to see if they would help. For me they were the answer! Hands don't hurt anymore! I think I had a combination of carpal tunnel and arthritis. Again with these compression gloves I go between small and medium, but I went with small because that's the size I've taken with other compression gloves. because i think they work better when they are a little tight and not hanging around since they are made of cotton and spandex so they have some advantages. I love that they come with two pairs of compression gloves. I also like the cheerful pink color. I now put on compression gloves before turning on the tablet. I regret if I don't!
