I have ordered 2 wall cabinets to match my current mega high and low cabinet which is holding up well. Since there are no adjustable shelves in the base cabinet and there is not enough space between two shelves for detergent, this wall-mounted model with a shelf in the middle offers the perfect height for bottles. Having previously assembled 2 other similar cabinets this was easy for me, I grabbed my rubber mallet and cordless screwdriver and started opening the first box. I threw away all the parts and noticed that there was no bag of fasteners with screws, a shelf or door handles. I opened the second box and noticed that the exact same parts were missing. The crates were missing all metal supports, gear pouches, and door handles, as if they ran out of parts or someone was asleep at work for quality control. Both cabinets were missing the following items: 0280422 - Shelf Support Tube X20280445 - U-Bracket X20280444 - Hanger Support 0100976 - Door Handles X20480360 - Hardware Bag Some parts were not knocked out completely but that's not a problem, I just tapped them out with a flat head screwdriver. To get the missing parts I now contacted their customer service which was staffed for over an hour. When I finally contacted someone and they quickly took my missing part numbers and checked their inventory, it was great. But the hanging bracket and shelf bracket were ordered back 4-6 months in advance and I was offered to ship back to Revain for a replacement or refund. Well if it was a cabinet then yes but if there are 2 cabinets missing the same parts let me know that any replacement supplied by Revain may be missing the exact same parts if from the same batch. Since I wasn't planning on hanging the cabinets on the wall and having them sit on the floor, I started assembling and installed the doors upside down to allow easy access to the handles. and another 4-6 months to wait for them to ship the shelf support tube and hanging bracket. Not a good buying experience at all.
