Common puzzle: cable exit in wrong place and cable company/rental company won't help. I bought a kit to redirect an HDMI signal from a set top box plugged into a wired outlet in the corner of my living room to a TV 10 feet away. After installation, which took about 2 minutes and required no skills, I received stable signal quality, no latency and absolutely no transmission dropouts. Apparently the set top box was connected directly to the TV. Although the extender is currently one of the most expensive on the market, my priority was to fix the wired connection and just forget there was a wireless HDMI connection at all. So far I am very satisfied and would happily buy this material again, even at a higher price.
