This is my first review on Amazon because I've never been so impressed with a product that I take the time to write a review. I was very impressed with the DownUnder board... and here I am writing a review. I haven't played golf in a long time. I started by warming up at the shooting range. I've found that warming up with a floorboard improves my posture and aids my rotation during my swing, resulting in better shots. After warming up on the floorboard, I focus on keeping my body in a stable position while playing. It's like imagining the board is still between my legs when it's not. By doing this 100%, I become more stable and confident. I definitely improved my game with this tutorial.
