It was great! Very good size, different shapes and easy to use. I've wanted to try lentil cookies for a long time and finally decided on Valentine's Day. A few tips: I made the dough from an online recipe and took the time to make sure the dough was chilled and rolled out evenly (I literally measured 1/4 inch with a ruler). I used non-stick spray on the cookie cutter to make it easier to remove the small pan and large circle. Other reviews said it was cheap and falling apart, which didn't bother me at all. It's definitely a bit fragile, if you mess with it too hard it will break like everything else, but if you use it properly it's been great! The shape inserted into the circle made it so quick and easy, and then you can pop the cookie out of the cutter, which helped keep the jagged edge nice and even. Again, use non-stick spray on the cutting tool to make removing the center mold easier. If you take the time to do all of this, your cookies will turn out great, too. It's a good price and I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend!
