Received my system today. This is RLK8-420D 8CH 4MP POE System with 4 Dome Cameras, NVR, Installed 2TB Hard Drive, 4 CAT-5 Ethernet Cables about 60ft long, 3ft HDMI Cable, 3ft Ethernet -Network cable, 4 sets of end caps, 5 sets of mounting screws and wall anchors, computer mouse and NVR power cord. All items were packed VERY well. In fact, I was very satisfied with the packaging of the product. Haven't used anything yet but everything looks in excellent condition. I declined the 3-year after-sales warranty because Reolink offers a 2-year warranty and will extend it by 6 months after checking the product. Installation wasn't difficult, but I bought an Ethernet crimping tool to shorten the wires. I found that the 4 ethernet cables sent were Category 5 and not the recommended minimum Category 5e for home security systems. However, they listed category 5 in the product listing, so it wasn't a scam. The NVR was very easy to set up and all 4 cameras were connected to the network within 30 seconds of connecting the POE cable. During the day the picture is very good, but at night it is normal. Ambient light emitting diodes reflect license plates, making them difficult to read from most angles. Installing the camera was pretty easy. The cameras themselves don't have a dedicated locking mechanism, but I haven't moved them yet, so no complaints. would recommend.
