I gave everything one star because my cameras never worked. Customer service tried to tell me that I had the wrong wire color at certain contact points. Anyone who makes network cables knows that it doesn't matter what color the wire is, where the pin is, as long as it's the same on both ends.

Not a bad product, easy to install with minimal issues. The software setup was a bit confusing and the manual wasn't very helpful. The online customer support was just terrible. They are somewhere in Asia because I could only get an answer to a question at 4am. They couldn't understand my questions and their answers were in poor English. If you don't need customer support, that's not so bad.

Overall it's pretty affordable and the mobile app works great but durability is questionable. I still have 3 out of 4 cameras working after 2 weeks but one camera failed after 5 days. After doing some research, I found that Reolink hits the mark and is reasonably priced. easy with a little planning in terms of camera placement and connecting cable routing. After connecting and configuring with the wizard, everything worked without problems.
