I was concerned about other reviews and fish only upstairs. I got a different fish lamp but got jellyfish from a different seller and followed their instructions. I did not fill the tank with mineral water to the end, leaving 0.5-1 inch. Then I added 3 drops of dish soap (that's actually what it says here). But then I also added some washing-up liquid to the fish. Then I put the fish in and it moves! My kid loves his new fish lamp. * The noise in the video is coming from your fan, not the lamp.
