The way of communicating with customers, how fast they respond to issues that come up in real time are things I like about this software! It has been an issue when booking flights or other services where customer service reps sometimes have difficulty understanding english language speakers even though you do not speak their native tongue. There's also no integration between Google calendar/google docs (even if it was so easy). Try searching online before buying any product from them as there might be cheaper competitors out there who provide better support than travcom cs does. This saves me alot because my client always gets exactly what he wants without being disappointed by poor communication skills and bad quality products.
