The way of communicating with customers, how fast they respond to issues that come up in real time are things I like about this software! I like the user interface and the fact that it is very adaptable. The software does not have much automation, and sometimes it can take a long time to load a file. I would like the program to have more automation options. I do not like the fact that I can not use the program in conjunction with my accounting software.
