I got this after someone recommended it on the /r/valveindex subreddit. I've searched the market for some kind of stand, but most of the ones I've seen mount to a wall or hang the headset upside down to allow dust in. At $25, it's surprisingly pretty solid. It is lightweight and comes in a small box. I was surprised how small it is. The assembly is very simple. Its four parts (base, headset stand and two controller stands) simply snap together with no hardware required. Some reviewers point out that there are no instructions for assembling the controller stands, but they simply precede the headset part. Dead easy. The logo is an eyesore in photos of people, but I don't notice it at all. It doesn't come with any sort of "protection", pouch, or headset case, so I just cover my 16"x16" microfiber cloth that sits on top of my index. Some reviewers have noted that the controllers don't fit the stands as shown in the picture, but that just means they don't fit perfectly like they should. They still work great because the rest are literally hangers for the controller. I suppose placing them backwards makes them "safer" but I'm not going to push this thing so they won't go anywhere. will tidy up your space a bit and it looks great. :)
