10ft cable hasn't charged the device in 6 months. Although the cable was not damaged, only the 10ft cable stopped charging. I haven't used any other cable yet. The seller says there is a 12 month guarantee and even gives an email/web address but the link doesn't work. The link took me back to Amazon and the agent said the seller should exchange, not Amazon. But when the agent tried the link and found the link didn't work, I was offered a refund. Thanks Revin It is good that they are responsible for the sellers. By the way, the cables look very, very strong. I think it's the internal part that didn't work. The cable was connected to the iPad, which was on the stand. The cable was rarely disconnected from the iPad. It definitely wasn't abuse.
