Works well in my 2010 supercharged Jaguar XF

Works in my 2010 supercharged Jaguar XF. I first tried another bluetooth audio receiver (BMR A2DP, about $20) but I couldn't get the audio to work in my car, although it worked when connected to the stereo iPod dock in my house was. Also, I'm pretty sure one of them doesn't work with the in-car song switching features (you have to switch songs from your phone). The Bovee 1000 worked well in my Jaguar. It will automatically start the music when the car is started and pause the music when the car is turned off. However, you can only pause/start the music from vehicle functions (steering wheel controls, stereo buttons, etc.) and not from your phone. If you want to play on your phone while the car is moving (e.g. idling in a parking lot), you need to control the audio and video playback from the car, not your phone. I got into some confusion where the video kept playing after I pressed pause on my phone. This appears to be from BoVee believing an error has occurred and telling the phone to get back to what it should be doing.

Pros
  • Car Electronics Accessory
Cons
  • Out of fashion
