Apparently there is a group of "third party" that "sell" this item. I know because I ordered at least 2 of these and both were handled by different companies. Don't know if that applies to anyone or not. YOU can contact the respective reseller to be sure exactly what you are getting. because the title/description of the entry does not match. This is for my first purchase. This was consistently done by a company called StallionTek .5 Star Rating. Ordered and received within 3 days. IMHO. Premium PC Packaging - A kind of high performance PC bubble wrap. Clean inside and out. I removed the cover and checked the hardware. I was concerned about errors between the elements of the product name and the more detailed description. The title says 8GB RAM, the detailed description says "12GB RAM". The machine came with 8GB of RAM. When I called them they seemed concerned about the discrepancy. and gave me back the missing 4GB of RAM. For me, that's not a deal breaker. The machine I received had 8GB RAM (4 x 2GB), 240GB SSD, 3TB HD, 8 USB ports (4 high speed, blue plastic), VGA port, 2 display ports. normal audio reports, ethernet socket, wifi usb dongle (probably 1 inch long), dvd drive (rewritable i think), win10pro 64bit. The FRONT panel had 2 high speed USB ports, 2 audio ports. everything else was on the back. used ethernet port to stream online radio, wifi dongle works, use it with displayport video jack, use front panel audio jack, tried DVD to play movies. No problems with anything. I bought this particular machine because I've been using a similar machine at work for years. no problem. If it were crap I wouldn't order another one. 5 STARS is a great buy for the money.
