The tricky part for me was that each of the 4 levers has its own set of wires so I had to insert 5 wires into each of the nuts provided to install it. Since the wires are only a few inches long, it was a test of my arm strength, dexterity, and sanity working the overhead ladder. What really helped is that before going up the stairs you tape the 4 white wires together and twist the 4 bare wires together and do the same with the 4 black wires. Then climb up the ladder and connect these 2 groups to the box with wire nuts.
