Defrosts quickly for quick cooking
I love my Thaw Claw! I'm a carnivore and eat mostly meat so this happens almost every day in my house. I can take out ground beef, steak, sausage, fish, etc. at the last minute and they defrost 3 times faster. I forgot about dinner, pulled out the thaw claw and my fish was defrosted and ready to cook in 10-15 minutes. Only downside: I wish it was bigger for larger cuts of meat. or I just need another claw. .If you want your meat to be safely defrosted without using a microwave oven (altering the molecular structure and nutritional value of your food), this is for you.
