My son loves the military very much. And lately he's been asking for clothes that go with the theme. This pair of camouflage shorts fits the bill perfectly...in terms of looks, at least. The shorts are really pretty. They're made of a material similar to most khaki pants, so they should be able to withstand a child's everyday wear. The pattern is sharp and clear, and the overall stitching is strong and precise. The shorts have a zip fly with buttons and additional built in elastic bands that can be buttoned at the inner waist for a tighter fit. This is a nice feature that allows you to wear it longer. if you buy them a little bigger. Overall, they're a pretty solid piece of clothing indeed. Here's the back. These shorts are clearly made for the Chinese market as US sizes are nowhere to be found. The sizes used there differ from US sizes. These pants were a size 130 and much larger than what we ordered. I suspect the listing says the wrong conversion. We needed a sixth size and we got the equivalent of a size nine. Needless to say, they were too big for my son at the moment, even with elasticated suspenders. Maybe in a year or two he'll grow into her. There is also the price. At $18 (at the time of review) they're a bit pricey compared to similar shorts that can be found at major retailers for less. Conclusion: Maybe our situation was just a mistake. Anyway, if you buy these shorts,
