I spent a few days looking at paper towel holders and reading reviews and settled on this one. Mounted on the inside of the lower cabinet door in less than 5 minutes. The screws that came with it were too long so I used #8 3/4" screws. They were perfect! After I loaded the dual reel plus bounty, the reel initially kept spinning after the blade ripped off. So I didn't care I took the roll out and bent the ends of the holder inwards to put some pressure on the roll so it doesn't spin so freely Put the towel roll back in and now it works great Can tear the sheet off with one hand and the roll spins doesn't go any further but has enough strength to easily pull out two or more sheets at a time if needed before it snaps off It's all metal which means it should last a long time I've noticed some complain about refilling, but you just need to pull one end of the holder out of the empty roll and put a new roll in. Ready. Very happy with this purchase.
