Great lamp, but definitely buy superglue!
Don't get me wrong I LOVE this lamp...but I understand why it gets such bad reviews. The fringes will definitely start to melt if the lamp stays on. Probably badly glued with hot glue? Luckily I'm a smart girl and supergluing the fringes was a lot easier than I expected. Three layers of fringes are sewn together in strips. With a little care, you can easily reattach them to the lampshade when they start falling off. It's a pain but I love the aesthetic of this lamp so it's worth it. It gives off such a beautiful pink glow and looks.
