I had many of the same issues as other people, right down to cutting the fuse holder. I also opened up one of the holders and found that the third pin (back to stock accessories) draws current from both fuses. I used a Micro 2 to avoid the problem of having 2 fuses on a circuit allowing too much current. before the fuse blows. Due to the size of my fuse box I had to change the side where the auxiliary fuse circuit comes from, which was easily accomplished with a pocket knife to open and some epoxy to seal.
