Review on Call Center USB Headset, Callany Phone Headset with 🎧 Noise Cancelling Microphone, Lightweight Wired Headset for Office, Skype, PC by Garrett Flores

I bought this headset in Fall 2019 for a new home customer service job I was starting. After reading some reviews I wasn't sure if it would last so I ordered a second one just in case, but as of mid-November 2020 the original headset still works great! These are great little headsets with good sound quality, decent comfort and amazing boom flex. I'm giving this headset 4.8 stars as the only thing I would change if I could is the headband retracts a bit further for those of us with smaller heads. It's a bit long, but moving the little handle about an inch behind the ear solves the problem, so it's not a big deal, just a suggestion for the manufacturer. For the price, that's a great deal!
