Review on Silverstripe CMS by Lild Zimmerly

It was easy to set up as it was made very clear with all of its guides; it looks great too! I'm currently using Silver Stripe only for a website that will be used by students in my school district. There are so many features offered - which makes choosing something simple. This product has enabled us have our own online presence so the students can actually find what they need without asking someone at home or waiting until after 3rd period to ask their questions when things like this happen every day. When we first started looking into this system, there were some issues but most people solved those quickly enough. But then again, anyone who uses these types of systems must realize you just have to go out to get support - if they haven't already gotten around to solving your problems/adding new functionality, not much more than calling them over the phone once. Our main problem now lies in adding different users that do different functions (admin vs. teachers). We originally thought that having one login would simplify the issue - but alas, it doesn’t really work like that. SilverStripe is a great CMS. It's easy to use and has a lot of features. It's really easy to build a website or web app with SilverStripe. It's also easy to customize. The documentation is not as good as Wordpress, but it's not bad either. I've been using SilverStripe for a while now and I've been very happy with it. I've also made a few custom modules for my clients. I've also used it to create a few websites for my clients.
