The staff at ECM are very friendly & knowledgable about their products which makes working together easy as well! I had my account set up within an hour after visiting them once so all communication was done through email or text messages only. Easy transaction process when we wanted something sent from one part overseas (China) straight here back into store inventory!! Great customer support. ! The team at ECM really understands my business needs when it comes time to execute an effective campaign strategy! They are always willing t make changes as needed so we can reach where I want us too be together while taking into consideration what works best für me (and them!).
