When this arrived, it was well-packaged and the color was beautiful. It looks great on me too! The problem comes in when it comes to the integrity of the braid. It wasn’t cooperating too well when it was being braided and then it was curled and dipped in boiling water TWICE, because it couldn’t hold a curl for nothin. It held for a few extra hours and then flattened. Now, despite the curling process being done twice, the braids are starting to unravel/fall out! I won’t be getting this again as a result.
