I don't know how it will work

The radio is easy to set up. Reception is difficult to find in our house. We're out of town, but I'm hoping 911 can be heard. The light works, as does the warning signal. It's wearable. Until an emergency occurs, it's really hard to gauge how well it's going to work. My biggest wish is a product that wakes us up at night when the weather is bad. I will keep looking for the app. and hope my cell phone signal is working at this time.

Pros

1W flashlight and let others know your location with a flashing SOS signal. If you get lost in the woods, this device can burn until someone sees your light.
