Regarding the purchase process: Item arrived in perfect condition Shipping costs are reasonable Shipping was fast Item well protected About the product itself: (What I find cute may not please others and what I find cute may not heavy, might be difficult for others, it all depends on what you need to use it for) Pros: CUT Everything is useful Easy to carry Got more space than expected Negatives: The mirror is not attached well and I feel like it could everyone fall moment. It's firm but might not be strong enough for some things. I feel like if I put heavy things in the suitcase, it can't hold them. So it depends on what you need it for. I use one for my stickers and ribbons and another for my paints and brushes and other art supplies. I really recommend it to everyone as it can be used for so many things.
