I have a small head so they could fit a bit tighter - for me. However, I think they will suffice for most heads and faces. I too have them not fall off and feel comfortable. (I just like denser ones.) Keep in mind that the stems aren't hard. If it's a style/shape that usually looks good on your face, chances are you'll like it. Sun rays are very good. We have a patio overlooking the sparkling lake to the west. Sunsets are almost unbearable without sunglasses. They do an excellent job of eliminating glare. Also very easy. Including case and cleaning cloth.
