I have a 5-6 lb Chihuahua. Neck 9 inches, chest 13 inches. I ordered a small one based on the measurements given, but it's still a bit baggy. I prefer tighter sweaters because eventually she'll get her hand in the sweater and get stuck, so I can't leave her unattended if she's gone too long. So I wish I had an XS, but it's still a sweater that she can wear. In addition, the sweatshirt touches her ears when they are lowered, as in the photo. She usually keeps her ears down and back, but keeps shaking her head because it either bothers her or tickles her. Update: 1 year later. Nevertheless 4 stars. she is warm But I have to close the sweatshirt at the back and roll up the sleeves so she can't tuck her arms in. If I do this, her ears will not be irritated and she can wear it.
