X-small fits my 7lb Chihuahua well. It might be a bit tight at first, but after a few minutes it moves without difficulty. Love the color and the ease of washing, we just add it to my wife's clothes. I have both girls in a medium size based on the recommended sizes. Both girls, both hoodies fit perfectly everywhere; up to the length. I wish they were 3 cm longer.
