The first day I wore the product took a bit of getting used to. I had excessive drooling and I think that's because it was my first time using this mouthpiece. Correct, after wearing it two or three times. I immediately see the difference in speed and running time. After using it for a few minutes, I bring the mouthpiece to my cheeks and spit it out. Then I put it back on. This is amazing work, I can see a huge difference in the speed and frequency of breathing. It is by far the best investment for training and marathon improvement. I won't use it every day while running, but definitely every other day. Don't wait any longer, it's time to really train and improve your VO2.
