Really impressed with this little device. I've used it for running and hiking - I definitely feel like I have more gas in my tank when I use it. It not only helps me physically but also mentally by allowing me to control my breathing.

I've read that it helps control breathing and was particularly interested in using this remedy for my asthma while running. It definitely helps and I rarely have to use an inhaler. However, be prepared to drool. I'm still not used to it. I have to take it out and spit it out quite often when using it.

I bought the device according to the description and reviews. Then I went running and ran my best 2 miles in years. My best average pace without the device was 12:41 for 2-3 miles, with the device I was able to run 2 miles at a pace of 10:57, and the best I've run in a long time was 10:10. I'm curious if this will continue. Update: I just cut my 2020 5k fastest by 4 minutes. I like this device.

I've been using my go2 for quite some time now and I've noticed an improvement in my endurance! I could ride a little longer before I get really tired and I can't wait to train more with him and set the best marathon finish time I can! I wanted to like this thing but they just throw too many crooked balls at you to use properly. No instructions, no usage tips, this thing just pops out and you're on your own. It could be half used if you didn't drool too much all the time while you had it.
