I'm 4'11" 150 lbs and wear a 36H. I bought a XXL per reviews. I wish there was a XXXL as my chest was hanging out quite a bit. I was going to a rock concert though so didn't mind that much. I turned many heads that night! I felt sexy but exposed. It's a good quality corset though and very flattering. First time I've ever gotten away with no bra and still felt supported. Hope this helps others choose the right size. Overall was very happy with this purchase.PS - the back has a piece of fabric under the laces which allows it to expand/shrink quite a bit.
