As shown. It comes with a very thin chain but I only wear that. It looks like real gold. You can compare the chain in my photo with my real yellow gold wedding bands and they match. I wear it every day and haven't taken it off in a week. I had a pedicure with it where they rubbed in oil and did a hot towel and didn't rub the paint or turn my ankle green. It's great for the price I was looking to buy it on Instagram for around $25 so decided to check here first. I'm glad I did. Ps I got an R for my husband and he loved it too when he saw it lol.
