Review on Apple Certified IPhone Charger Lightning Accessories & Supplies by Chris Wheeler

Well I had high hopes for this product when I received it. The cables were nice and seemed flexible but not cheap but unfortunately I don't know if I got a bad batch or what. The reviews were quite decent from other people. After about 2 months, 1 of the Lightning connectors came off completely (there was no excessive pressure on the cable, there was no rudeness with the cables. Everything was treated normally), then the 2nd cable in the pack fell off completely. Where you can't bend the cable in a certain way so that it doesn't stop working. I've gone through the return window and there doesn't appear to be any warranty information in the original packaging, in which they were delivered or on the packaging (I only ever keep my packaging for situations like this). So I can only buy another brand. I hope you see this review and reply to start the warranty process.
