I've been wearing it every day for several months now with no sign of stretching or wear. I've owned about half a dozen faux leather belts and this is by far the highest quality. Others tore, stretched, and deformed. The buckle looks high quality and will not rust. However, it is a bit thicker than other belts. It wasn't a problem for me, but if you have small belt loops it may not fit.
