We got this oven to complement our larger ovens and to do things that our very smart convection microwave is not good at (roasting and baking). I'm excited about her. It looks beautiful on our worktop, big enough to hold all sorts of large pots and pans, as the manufacturer aptly describes. It has a great casserole dish and crumb tray. All parts are removable for easy cleaning in the dishwasher. And best of all, it's all stainless steel - not a single bit of toxic non-stick coating that unfortunately the competition has. And all for such a low price. " Oven that's good for the serious baker (which I am) and cools down almost instantly. Very little ambient heat escapes on the sides and back. Just a little on top. We solved this by placing two Silpats on top Keeps the heat in (good for the oven's internal temp and good for cabinets above the oven.) However, it heats the horizontal surface of the cabinet just above the oven.This prevents you from limiting your cooking time to 60 minutes.There are very few things that take longer than 60 minutes and should be done in a large oven instead Since there is convection you can grill for an hour and still have a good fried and browned dish We don't need it because we don't "meat" It's nice to look at, the doors don't "slam" as I saw someone else complain. They are magnetic when closed and stay open when you need them. The oven has a nice interior light indicator that lights up when you set the timer. I really love this oven! I'll probably give that for the holidays.
