In a recent accident on my OneWheel, the wrist guard literally saved my skin. They were badly scratched, but I wasn't. The knee pads and elbow pads work as expected, but I find the elbow pads a bit loose and uncomfortable so I don't wear them. All in all a very good product at a great price. They look a little big, but can be pulled a little tighter. I'm an average guy (5'11" - 165 lbs).
