NOT perfect for a 9-13 year old boy as stated in the description, too short!
The tie is more of a rust color than true orange as shown in the picture. We ordered orange and navy blue. I was very disappointed in the color and length. The tie is too short for a 10 year old, it will be very short for a 12-13 year old. The quality seems good, but more suitable for 6-8 years old!
