I have ordered from this seller several times, "ThreadNanny". I was very happy with the quality of the rhinestones I bought from them! There are tons of rhinestones on the market; which makes the purchase decision difficult. I've tried to "research and learn" as much as I can from various sources on the internet. It's still difficult to "see" the difference in any of the images provided online. It's too hard to tell the difference as there are many variables to consider when looking closely at the photos. Customer ratings and reviews are also very helpful; but everyone is different, so you may not "agree” with their opinion or assessment. So I decided to order a small batch from different places to see for myself. I'm not sure where the rhinestones I ordered from ThreadNanny were made, but they are very impressive with their "shimmering shine" which to me is a sign of fairly high quality! The last order was missing 1 pack of rhinestones. I messaged them and they responded very quickly; which to me indicates a high level of customer service, REAL TOP CLASS! My missing package delivered with no problems. They had to "take my word for it" that I was telling the truth. I told the truth, they believed me and sent the missing package with no problems! I will definitely order from this seller again. I can only HOPE they expand their rhinestone selection. They should have a greater variety of colors or sizes; if they did, they would have a very dedicated and loyal customer, me! (: THANK YOU TRENDANNY!
