Firstly the tips aren't bad but they do need to be polished/protected to avoid premature discoloration which I would recommend with all tips. Second, be prepared to spend 45 to 60 minutes removing the sticker and the thick layer of adhesive underneath. Now I've bought many handpieces in my life, but I've never had this problem. The decal, firmly stuck to the top of the laces pictured, is made for an evening when there is a lot of extra work to do and you wonder who in their right mind could do it. (Product from China). If you don't mind a lot of EXTRA frustration and you work for a downhill product, then this is it. MUCH LUCK.
