Let me start by saying that this product is great. I've had several of these as I do car cleaning on weekends when I'm not working and this one is by far the best. So let me explain the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. All parts of this product are bolted together EXCEPT the most important part, the actual cleaning head at the end of the pole, it "snaps" in place and comes off very easily, so I had to wrap several layers of black tape around the connecting tape to keep it from breaking falls apart. If they would just make this connection a screw then it would be a near perfect tool for cleaning vehicles or other hard to reach places. I would still recommend this product even if they don't fix this problem but take my advice and attach the cleaning head to the pole to ensure it doesn't fall apart during cleaning and possibly scratch your car. Also just a note but actually the cleaning heads that come with it are great, they are soft and have a sponge underneath so they clean very well and it comes with 2 full heads, most of which just come with extra caps. Also, the angle at the end of the pole is crucial when it comes to cleaning the roofs of tall vehicles!
