I don't wear it to sleep so I can't rate that aspect of the watch and its accuracy. I used to have an electronic fitness watch, this is the best so far. The only reason it's cheaper than the Apple Watch is that you can't send text messages to the watch, but you'll still be notified when you get notifications. That wasn't a problem for me, since I didn't bother with this function anyway. The BP check isn't very accurate, but I didn't expect it to be like this when taken on the wrist. Expect the numbers to be lower than they actually are. The heart rate check is very accurate: I verified accuracy by checking my own heart rate for a minute and comparing it to a watch; got the same results. In addition, the application that connects to the phone (Android and Apple) is very user-friendly. You can customize almost any setting you want to change on this watch. 5 Star UPDATE: 02/04/2020.
